Tarik Black, who played in the NBA and the EuroLeague previously, signed with Pallacanestro Reggiana of the Lega Basket Serie A.
Former Olympiacos Piraeus and Los Angeles Lakers big man Tarik Black has returned to professional basketball with Pallacanestro Reggiana of the Lega Basket Serie A.

According to an announcement from the club, Black joins the roster on a contract that will run until the end of the season.
The player expressed his excitement with these remarks: "This opportunity is a great honor for me. I have reached a point in my career where my main goal is to help the teams where I play [to] win as many games as possible and grow," he said.
"Having the chance to do it in a fantastic club like Pallacanestro Reggiana makes me really happy. My family and I are ready and excited by this new experience, which we would really like to make special."
Lastly, Black had played for Olympiacos in the EuroLeague and made it to the 2023 Final Four, where they were defeated by Real Madrid in the final.
In his sole year with Olympiacos, Black averaged 7.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 8.3 PIR in the 2022-23 EuroLeague regular season.
