The incident occurred as Fall was trying to defend Cedi Osman.

The French big man collapsed to the floor in visible pain and was assisted off the court by Olympiacos' medical staff.

The crowd at OAKA Arena applauded him as he exited.

Panathinaikos center Mathias Lessort, who was nearby at the time, stepped in to support his fellow Frenchman during the difficult moment.

"His injury seems serious, but I can't say for sure yet," Olympiacos coach Georgios Bartzokas told ERT at halftime.

According to ERT, Fall was taken to the hospital shortly after the injury episode for further testing.

Olympiacos won Game 3, 99-88, and now lead the best-of-five series 2-1. The Reds can win the Finals at home on Sunday.
