Panathinaikos owner Dimitris Giannakopoulos left the bench with a couple of minutes remaining in his team’s 76-82 EuroLeague semifinal loss to Fenerbahce.

Unable to watch the closing moments from his seat, he was later seen viewing the end of the game from behind a door at Etihad Arena.
Following the final buzzer, none of the Panathinaikos players stopped in the flash zone to speak with the nearly 200 accredited journalists waiting for postgame reactions.
While players were not obligated to speak, the entire team chose to walk past the media without comment.
Panathinaikos entered the Final Four as the reigning EuroLeague champions. Fenerbahce will now face the winner of Olympiacos vs. Monaco in Sunday’s championship game.
Mathias Lessort appeared visibly disappointed in the flash zone after the game.
He received praise from head coach Sarunas Jasikevicius immediately following the loss. Returning to action after a five-month absence, Lessort made his first appearance in the first quarter and gave maximum effort, even closing out the game on the floor in the final minutes
