Brown joined Partizan last offseason after a strong EuroLeague rookie season with ALBA Berlin, where he quickly established himself as a team leader.

In the 2024–25 EuroLeague regular season, the 30-year-old American averaged 12.4 points per game on 46.9% shooting from three-point range—fifth best in the league—along with 3.0 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 11.5 PIR over 34 games, including 30 starts.

However, Partizan finished 12th (16-18) and did not advance to the postseason.

The younger brother of two-time NBA champion Shannon Brown, Sterling brings NBA experience as well, having played 268 games over six seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks, Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks, and Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 5.3 points per game.
