Freddie Gillespie suffered a scary head-to-head collision in Milan's EuroLeague game against Fenerbahce, leaving the court on a stretcher.

With 7:46 left in the third quarter and Milan trailing 43-57, Gillespie leaped to block Devon Hall's shot. As he landed, the two players collided face-to-face, and Gillespie appeared to lose consciousness for several seconds.
Medical staff rushed to his aid as he remained on the floor for several minutes before being stretchered off.
"We hope that it's not another moment of serious injuries, we'll see," coach Ettore Messina said post-game.
Before exiting, the 27-year-old had played 4:32 minutes without scoring. This season, he has averaged 3.7 points and 2.9 rebounds over 15 games.
Milan ended up losing at home, 76-100.
