Collins got called a foul against Kings' Domantas Sabonis and was subbed out after the Lithuanian made the first free throw. While walking to the Spurs bench, Collins continued talking to the referees.
Before the 27-year-old reached the bench, he was given two technical fouls in a row and got ejected. Moments later, he turned over toward the referee who tossed him, Michael Smith, and flipped him off.
The next day, the NBA announced that Collins had been fined $35,000 for his actions. No suspensions have been issued.
Collins has been averaging 6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game for the Spurs this season.
