Virtus Bologna announced that big man Gora Camara will return from the loan in Pesaro and will be part of the roster for the 2022-23 season.
The 21-year-old Senegalese center signed with Virtus in 2018, but was loaned to Italian clubs Junior Casale (2019–21) and Pesaro (2021-22) the previous three seasons.
Due to his Italian upbringing, Camara is not considered a foreign player in the domestic league.
Last season with Pesaro, Camara averaged 2.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in the Italian league.
