Phoenix Suns want star guard Bradley Beal off the roster next season and are exploring all possible ways to move on from him.
After a deeply disappointing season, failing to meet expectations, missing the postseason despite having the highest payroll in the NBA, the Phoenix Suns are expected to undergo a major roster overhaul this summer.
One of the players likely to be traded is Kevin Durant, who has already been linked to multiple teams. Meanwhile, the future of Bradley Beal with the franchise appears even more uncertain.
According to John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports, the Suns do not want Beal back next season.
"They do not want him back," Gambadoro revealed. "But he is untradable, and if he does not agree to a buyout, they may be stuck with him."

He also reported that the Suns made Beal a key topic during their coaching search.
"One of the questions they asked candidates during the coaching cycle was, 'What would you do with Beal?' They 100% don’t want him and are looking at how to get out," he added.
Gambadoro went on to explain that Phoenix cannot buy Beal out at his full salary, meaning he would need to accept a reduced amount, something that appears unlikely to happen.
Beal appeared in 53 games last season, averaging 17.0 points, 3.7 assists, and 3.3 rebounds per game.
